Custom Profiles

If you can’t find a profile that you like in our catalog or you need to match an existing profile exactly, don’t worry, we grind our own profile knives right here in our factory. This is especially convenient for historical renovations where it is required that you match profiles from more than a century ago.

The surest way to match your profile would be for you to send us a scaled .pdf or .dxf drawing, or an actual piece of the molding you need matched. It only has to be an inch or two long. If this is not possible, you could trace the profile and upload it to the form below. You would need to dimension a width and thickness for us to be able to scale from. Keep in mind that when scanning an image there is a chance of slight distortion.

We can ship smaller orders with FedEx or UPS also, just let us know what you prefer.

If you prefer to pick up your order here at our factory, we are available Monday thru Friday from 7am to 2pm. Special arrangements can always be made to suite your schedule.
